🍦 TETRIS doesn`t go on holiday this summer... but our researchers do!
While the project continues to advance, the researchers, clinicians and partners behind TETRIS are taking a well-deserved summer break before returning to the exciting months ahead.
These photos were taken during the first TETRIS Young Researchers Week in Milan, after long days filled with scientific discussions, workshops, presentations and collaboration across the consortium.
Because behind every publication, every dataset and every Digital Twin, there are people. And sometimes, the best ideas continue over a well-deserved Italian gelato. 🍨
We wish all our partners, colleagues and the wider research community a relaxing summer and look forward to continuing our journey towards safer and more personalised radiotherapy after the break.

💡 After an inspiring ESTRO 2026 in Stockholm, where the TETRIS consortium had the opportunity to present its latest research and engage with the international radiation oncology community, we are already looking ahead to the next edition.
ESTRO 2027 will take place in Milan, Italy, from 21-25 May 2027, and will bring together researchers, clinicians, physicists, RTTs and industry representatives to shape the future of radiation oncology under the theme "We care. We innovate. We cure."
